Craic provides 6-8 week cycles of CrossFit Programming, where we focus on developing endurance, strength, basic gymnastics, core stability, and mobility.

BOOTCAMP

This class offers circuit based training comprised of constantly varied movements all aimed to tone muscle, build strength and burn fat. 

HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING

Craic provides a “barbell free” workout option at all classes to provide members with Hi Intensity Training Interval Traning without the use of barbells and high precision movements. 

PERSONAL TRAINING

Are you looking for one-on-one coaching? Our Craic coaches are particularly skilled at providing one-on-one personal training and programming.

Youth Athlete

Craic offers training for youth athletes looking for general health and fitness or training for sport.
