Craic provides 6-8 week cycles of CrossFit Programming, where we focus on developing endurance, strength, basic gymnastics, core stability, and mobility. Our one- hour CrossFit classes safely work your entire body and are a fun way to get into the best shape of your life!

High Intensive Interval Training
HIIT exercise sessions generally consist of a warm up period, then several repetitions of high-intensity exercise separated by medium intensity exercise for recovery, then a cool down period.
