Craic provides 6-8 week cycles of CrossFit Programming, where we focus on developing endurance, strength, basic gymnastics, core stability, and mobility.  Our one- hour CrossFit classes safely work your entire body and are a fun way to get into the best shape of your life!

HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING

Craic provides a “barbell free” workout option at all classes to provide members with Hi Intensity Training Interval Traning without the use of barbells and high precision movements. Our programs are designed to provide the highest level of fitness and workout demands in a class setting.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Are you looking for one-on-one coaching? Our Craic coaches are particularly skilled at providing one-on-one personal training and programming.

 

Youth Athlete

Craic offers training for youth athletes looking for general health and fitness or training for sport.

 

Bootcamp

Our functional fitness bootcamp stays true to our brand-  “Always Different, Always Hard.” This class offers circuit based training comprised of constantly varied movements all aimed to tone muscle, build strength and burn fat. A one hour TOTAL BODY workout that gets you energized, armed and ready to take on the day!
